 Founded in 1974 Atlantic Pro Diver's is Jacksonville Florida's oldest Dive Shop and only NAUI Pro Platinum dive center. APD is locally owned and operated by Captain Bob Bunkley. Capt. Bob is a retired Sr. Engineer from Gulfstream Aerospace, founder of ScubaMarket USA, a USCG Licensed 100T Master Captain and a NAUI Instructor Trainer. Bob has over 25 years diving and spearfishing experience. Capt. Bob has taught over a 1000 students to scuba dive. Many of Capt. Bob's students are now Divemaster's, Instructor's & Instructor Trainers. Damien Boffardi is APD's newest team member and NAUI instructor. 

Robert "Bumble Bee" Close is APD’s PADI Instructor and NAUI Divemaster. Robert has many years experience in the Florida Key's retail dive industry and 20 plus years diving experience ranging from Midwestern lakes to tropical oceans.
